Fast all in one mailbox solutions right now
Easy to use single mailbox for all email ids providers right now? This is my first review ever. It’s due to amazing support.I love the idea behind Mutant Mail, got it up and running on a domain in 5 minute. My registrar wanted to charge me for email. Mutant Mail let’s me create a ton of my domains their own email addresses and reply all from the same gmail address without it looking like, well, I’m replying from a gmail address. See additional information on reply to forwarded email with original address. Simple: Increase your productivity to next level. Managing multiple Email IDs was never so easy.
Does Mutant Mail work with CRM? Our customers have reported that they have used Mutant Mail successfully with products like flowlu and a few other help/ticket CRM. We don’t see a reason, why it shouldn’t work with other CRM. Though since we do not support either of those CRM officially, we will certainly help in case you are stuck somewhere. Does Mutant Mail work with MXRoute, or do they just overlap in features? MXRoute is an Email Hosting. Very similar to Godaddy and others that provide email hosting. Mutant Mail is a unique and innovative solution, that does email routing for you without storing any emails. So in essence, you should be able to use Mutant Mail and MXRoute as recipient inbox. Just like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Yandex, or any other.
Ensure SPF, DKIM and DMARC Authentication are proper: Email authentication is the process of verifying that an email is actually from the organization it claims to be from. This is done by verifying the email’s header information and domain name. There are three main email authentication protocols: Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC). All three of these authentication protocols work by checking the email’s header information against a set of rules or policies that the organization has put in place. If the email’s header information matches the organization’s policy, then the email is considered authenticated. If not, then the email is considered to be spam.
How can you guys work without SMTP, IMAP etc? It’s very simple really. We work at one level higher, at email level instead of nagging SMTP/IMAP etc. That means, when you hit that reply button on your recipient email id for any email forwarded by Mutant Mail. An email is sent from your recipient email id to our server, than we send one on your behalf with exact same content to your client, without them or you knowing about the process. Your recipient email id, cannot be traced back at all in the email.
Email ID on Mutant Mail provide a layer of privacy and security for your email communications by allowing you to use a different email address for different purposes. For example, you can use an email id for your personal email account and another email id for your work email account. This can help protect your privacy if you want to keep your personal and work emails separate, or if you need to communicate with someone anonymously. Email ID on Mutant Mail can also be used to protect your email from spam and malware. By using a Mutant Mail associated Email ID for your email address, you can make it more difficult for spammers to find and target you. If your Mutant Mail associated Email ID or recipient email id is compromised by malware, they can be swapped easily. Discover even more details at https://www.mutantmail.com/.
If I use a GPG/OpenPGP key, that’s at the account level, correct? So every email I receive will be encrypted. Will every email I *send* be encrypted, and is there anything special the recipient needs to do to open them? We allow GPG/PGP at a finer level, and it’s set at the individual recipient email id level. Yes, once you set it from “Recipient Inbox”, emails are encrypted only on forward flow and a client like thunderbird will be needed to handle decryption automatically. Your clients don’t need anything for that, as we don’t encrypt that flow yet.
